One Million Hits!


According to my blog counters, this blog has now received more than one million hits since I began it on April 4, 2011. (There were three earlier incarnations of this same blog, dating back to 2007, but these million hits are for KeithKats: The Fourth Life alone.) You guys are the best! And, as I'm forever forgetting to say, welcome to all my Members, new and old, and thanks for following! I hope you'll always enjoy the blog as much as on the day you decided to follow it.

    I wanted to let you know that it is a milestone and commendable. I just hit the 2 million a couple of days ago and there wasn't one single congratulatory comment.

  12. I've sawn that just before I've written to you, but, for me, all that you say is always true.
    It is a fundamental principle, a rule of life inviolable and sacred: Always believe in the word of a friend as long as it was not declared erroneous by the United States Supreme Court (if the friend is an American Citizen, obviously).

  13. To celebrate your milestone, come home and I shall make an onion soup: we have -17°C (=1°F)
    To warm yourself up in this winter, I proffer a new take on onion soup: the toasted crouton of leavened bread is covered in an onion purée, black truffles and melted Comté cheese. In a bowl I place a round of young fruity tasting Comté and some diced Comté made from raw milk cheese, onions and truffles prepared in three ways. When the bouillon is poured over it all, your pleasure will begin...
    ANd when I say "your pleasure will begion"...
